CMI Innovative building Projects CC was started by Chris Dippenaar and his wife, Marguerite in 2006, as a result of following their hearts and passion for what they loved doing. Chris was privileged at a very young age to have worked as an Operational Director for a national retail company for many years, which involved all national operational aspects, creating, designing and implementing store launches all over the country.
Through this vast learning curve over the years he developed a strong understanding and knowledge of how to effectively manage projects from start to finish, keeping within time and budget constraints.

CMI has seen significant growth due to our increased commitment to quality and service in the industry. Through pure determination and love for what we do, we believe that our recipe for success is to listen to our clients wants and needs and then help them achieve this through our professional advice, hands-on approach, attention to detail and delivery of a final product that exceeds their expectations. Most of our work has been generated via word of mouth referrals since our inception.
